Role Summary
The Field Operations Manager (Ontario) serves as the key liaison for CSN licensees in the region, fostering growth by leveraging partnerships, marketing, and operational tools. This role involves quarterly store visits and leading regional meetings (virtual and in-person).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and performance improvements
- Support licensees on insurance programs, vendor use, and new initiatives
- Resolve store issues promptly
- Develop and deliver training content
- Report monthly progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience using Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license
