Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison for CSN licensees in the region. You will drive business growth by leveraging CSN's partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for licensees in Ontario
- Conduct quarterly business reviews focusing on growth and performance
- Lead regional meetings and support training initiatives
- Resolve high urgency store concerns collaboratively
- Report progress and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair industry
- Post-secondary or trade education preferred
- At least 3 years estimating experience using Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license required
Travel & Work Environment
- Remote role with 40%-50% travel within Ontario, including overnight trips (20-30 days per year)
- Home office setup required with a personal vehicle allowance provided
