CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 230 centres in Canada, delivering trusted, like-new vehicle repairs.
Summary:
As a Field Operations Manager in Ontario, you will be the key contact for CSN licensees, supporting their business growth by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support. You will lead quarterly store meetings, regional events, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance licensee performance. The role involves virtual and in-person engagement, training development, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary education or trade school related to business or collision repair
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural knowledge for estimating
- Valid driver's license required
Travel:
Role is remote with required travel within Ontario (40%-50% time), approximately 20–30 days with overnight stays. Vehicle allowance provided.
