Role Overview
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the primary liaison for CSN Licensees, helping grow their business through operational support, partnerships, marketing, and training initiatives. This remote role requires travel within Ontario to meet stores and attend events, blending virtual leadership with in-person engagement.
What You'll Do
- Serve as main contact for licensees, supporting their growth and store operations.
- Conduct quarterly meetings and lead regional gatherings.
- Collaborate with CSN teams to optimize use of systems and programs.
- Manage urgent store concerns and support case management.
- Develop and deliver licensee training content.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management in collision repair industry.
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Strong OEM procedural knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
