We are seeking a Field Operations Manager – Ontario to be the key point of contact for licensees in the region, helping them maximize business growth and performance through strategic partnerships, marketing, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with CSN licensees in Ontario
- Lead quarterly store meetings and regional gatherings
- Drive licensee business operational efficiency using the CSN System
- Resolve store concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Develop and support licensee training content
- Provide monthly progress reports to leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education related to collision repair or business
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel within Ontario (~40-50% of the time)
