CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually, providing trusted, high-quality service across 230 centers in Canada. As a Remote Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager, you'll be the main contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, helping them grow using CSN's system of insurer, OEM partnerships, marketing, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly and regional meetings guiding licensees to optimize business growth and performance.
- Collaborate with CSN teams on strategies and operational improvements.
- Support and develop licensee training content.
- Manage urgent issues and report monthly progress.
Qualifications
- 5+ years management in collision repair.
- 3+ years estimating experience, knowledgeable with Audatex & Mitchell systems and OEM procedures.
- Valid driver's license; remote role with travel within Ontario (40%-50% time).
