Position Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison for our Licensees, driving business growth and operational excellence through collaboration and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Ontario Licensees
- Conduct quarterly store meetings covering business performance, insurance programs, and marketing tools
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conference
- Work cross-functionally to improve the CSN system
- Resolve urgent store issues and assist in case management
- Develop and deliver training content
- Report progress and KPI performance monthly
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- Estimating experience with Audatex & Mitchell systems
- OEM procedural knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
