Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, supporting growth and performance.
- Conduct quarterly store meetings and lead regional virtual/in-person meetings.
- Collaborate internally to plan and execute strategies.
- Manage escalations and provide training content.
- Report progress and KPI metrics monthly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in collision repair management.
- Experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedures.
- Valid driver’s license necessary for required travel.
