About CSN Collision
CSN Collision is a leading automotive repair company with over 230 centers across Canada, repairing 200,000+ vehicles annually. We are seeking a Field Operations Manager for Ontario to be the main liaison for CSN licensees, helping them grow by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for licensees in Ontario
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focusing on business growth, insurance programs, vendor utilization, and CSN initiatives
- Lead regional meetings and assist with the annual conference
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize licensee performance
- Manage and resolve store concerns promptly
- Develop and deliver licensee training content
- Provide monthly progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or Trade School education preferred
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Knowledge of OEM procedures
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40-50% of the time
