About CSN Collision
CSN Collision is Canada's leader in collision repairs, servicing over 200,000 vehicles annually with 230 locations nationwide. We’re looking for a Remote Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager to be the primary support for our Licensees in Ontario, helping them drive business growth through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for Ontario CSN Licensees
- Conduct quarterly store meetings to optimize use of the CSN System
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Collaborate across CSN departments to enhance business operations
- Provide training and support licensees
- Resolve urgent store issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management in collision repair
- 3+ years experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Strong knowledge of OEM procedures
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel (40-50% of time)
