Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison for CSN licensees, working closely to enhance their business operations using CSN's extensive resources including insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with licensees and support business growth
- Conduct quarterly store visits and lead regional meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Provide training and address urgent operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair industry
- Experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ontario
