As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the primary contact for CSN licensees, helping them grow their operations by leveraging strategic partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support. Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly meetings with stores to drive business growth
- Leading regional meetings and supporting annual conferences
- Collaborating across departments to improve licensee performance
- Handling issue resolution and case management

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair industry
- Post-secondary or trade education related to business or collision repair
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (40%-50% travel expected)
