Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key contact for CSN Licensees, supporting their growth by leveraging partnerships, marketing, and operational tools. You will lead regional meetings, work cross-functionally with CSN teams, and ensure stores optimize their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CSN Licensee needs, focusing on business growth and insurance performance.
- Conduct quarterly meetings and lead virtual and in-person regional meetings.
- Develop training content and assist with case management.
- Travel within Ontario with vehicle allowance provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years estimating experience using Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver's license required.
