As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the key point of contact for licensees in Ontario, collaborating with teams to support operational improvements using CSN's system of insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and growth strategies with licensees
- Conduct quarterly store meetings and lead regional events
- Resolve high urgency issues and support case management
- Develop training content and assist in performance reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair industry
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (40-50% travel, with overnight stays)
