Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the main contact for licensees in your region, working virtually and in-person to support business growth by leveraging partnerships, marketing, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly meetings with stores to drive business growth and system utilization.
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance licensee performance.
- Resolve issues and support training initiatives.
- Provide detailed monthly reporting on performance and challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian industry systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively within Ontario.
