We are seeking a Field Operations Manager – Ontario who will act as the main contact for CSN Licensees in the region, helping them grow their business by leveraging CSN's market-leading systems and partnerships.
Role Highlights
- Support and grow licensees by managing partnerships with insurers, OEMs, vendors, and marketing tools
- Conduct quarterly reviews and lead regional meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve operations
- Offer training and development to licensees
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian industry systems
- Business or trade school education preferred
- Valid driver's license with travel (40-50% time) expected
