Role Summary
As Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key contact for licensees, collaborating closely with leadership and departments to optimize operations, marketing, and partnerships with insurers, OEMs, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly engagement with stores to enhance growth and performance
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conference
- Coach licensees on system utilization and operational improvements
- Manage issue resolution and strategic initiatives
- Create training content and report monthly progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex, Mitchell)
- OEM procedural knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
