Role Summary
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) for Ontario serves as the key liaison for CSN Licensees in the region, reporting to the FOM-Team Lead. This remote role requires occasional travel across Ontario to support licensees by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support within the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focusing on business growth, program performance, and new initiatives
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Support training development and case management
- Collaborate with internal CSN teams to optimize licensee performance
What We Seek
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedures
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related fields is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 20-30 days per year
