Role Summary

The Field Operations Manager – Ontario acts as the main contact for CSN Licensees. Reporting to the FOM-Team Lead, you'll help licensees grow by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational supports. Travel to Ontario stores (40%-50% time) and virtual engagements are key.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years management in collision repair
  • 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
  • Valid driver's license
