As a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the primary contact for CSN Licensees, driving business growth by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store meetings to optimize CSN System utilization
- Lead regional and virtual meetings
- Resolve store concerns and escalate complex cases
- Support licensee training with content development
- Monthly progress reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license
