Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the key liaison for CSN Licensees in your region, collaborating with teams to enhance business operations through partnerships with insurers, OEMs, and vendors. This remote role involves supporting licensees through the CSN System, including marketing and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for Ontario region Licensees.
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focused on business growth, insurance performance, and CSN initiatives.
- Lead regional meetings and assist with annual conferences.
- Resolve store issues promptly and escalate complex cases.
- Develop and deliver training content.
- Provide monthly progress reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver's license required; travel within Ontario expected.
