CSN Collision is a leading collision repair company in Canada, repairing over 200,000 vehicles annually. We are seeking a Field Operations Manager – Ontario to be the primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, helping them improve business operations by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for Licensees within the Ontario region
- Conduct quarterly store meetings to promote business growth
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Support training initiatives and develop content
- Escalate issues and assist with case management
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education relevant to the industry
- Minimum 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 20-30 days per year
