Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the main point of contact for CSN Licensees in your region, helping them grow and optimize their business operations by leveraging partnerships, marketing, and operational tools offered by CSN.
Key Objectives
- Engage regularly with licensees for business growth and system utilization.
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences.
- Collaborate across teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide licensee training and ongoing support.
- Report on key performance indicators and challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education related to collision repair is a plus.
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- OEM procedural knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario.
