As a Remote Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison for CSN Licensees, helping them optimize business operations through strategic support and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for Ontario licensees
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focusing on business growth and program utilization
- Lead regional virtual/in-person meetings and contribute to CSN conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance licensee success
- Training development and support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair industry
- Post-secondary education preferred
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (40-50% time)
