Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for CSN Licensees in the region
- Quarterly store meetings focused on growth, program performance, and new initiatives
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases
- Develop training content and deliver micro trainings
- Monthly reporting on cases, engagement, and KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- Experience with Audatex & Mitchell estimating systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (40-50% onsite, including overnight stays)
