Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as main contact for Ontario licensees
- Conduct quarterly store meetings to boost performance
- Lead regional virtual and in-person meetings
- Resolve urgent store issues promptly
- Support licensee training and develop micro-training content
Qualifications:
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- Strong estimating skills with Audatex & Mitchell
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ontario
