We are seeking a Field Operations Manager - Ontario to be the key liaison for CSN Licensees in Ontario, driving business growth and leveraging strategic partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for licensees in Ontario.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address store needs and optimize operations.
- Lead quarterly store meetings and regional gatherings.
- Support training initiatives and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Report monthly on progress, challenges, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education preferred.
- Minimum 3 years estimating experience with Audatex & Mitchell.
- Familiarity with OEM procedures and a valid driver’s license.
