Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with CSN Licensees in Ontario.
  • Conduct quarterly store visits and regional meetings.
  • Coordinate with teams to optimize business performance.
  • Lead training initiatives and support licensees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years management in collision repair.
  • Skilled in Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for meetings and events.
