About CSN Collision
CSN Collision expertly repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across Canada, making sure each vehicle is restored to like-new condition. Join us to be the primary liaison for CSN Licensees in Ontario, supporting their business growth by leveraging our robust system including insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational resources.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for CSN Licensees
- Conduct quarterly meetings to review and enhance business performance
- Lead regional meetings and assist with annual conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise and execute strategic initiatives
- Manage issue resolution and provide timely guidance
- Support and develop licensee training programs
- Provide monthly progress reports
What we look for:
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Audatex & Mitchell
- Strong knowledge of OEM estimating procedures
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
