CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 230 centres in Canada, ensuring customers' vehicles are restored to like-new condition. As a Remote Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager, you'll lead licensees in Ontario to optimize their business by leveraging partnerships with insurers, OEMs, marketing tools, and operational support.
Role Overview
- Serve as primary contact for licensees in Ontario.
- Conduct quarterly store visits and lead regional meetings.
- Collaborate with teams to implement strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Support licensee training and report monthly on progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary education or trade focus related to collision industry is a plus.
- At least 3 years estimating experience using Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (40-50% role involves travel).
