As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical and KPI analysis contact for CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada, supporting licensees to enhance business operations through system insights and audit-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical and repair information analysis
- Urgent case resolution and mediation
- Targeted estimate auditing and coaching
- Support shop operations and system utilization
- Monthly reporting and feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM training & certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Strong judgement and stakeholder management skills
Work & Travel
