Serve as the technical & KPI analysis contact for CSN's Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with managers to improve licensee business operations and repair processes using CSN systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and industry insights
- Manage urgent case resolutions
- Conduct targeted audits supporting insurance KPI performance
- Assist in shop operations, training, and system improvements
- Report monthly on case management, KPIs and audit results
Requirements
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM technical training and certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong judgment and Microsoft Office proficiency
