CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 400+ centres in three countries, ensuring vehicles are returned to like-new condition with trust and comfort.

Role Summary

As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key contact for technical and KPI analysis for CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you will collaborate with managers and analysts to improve business operations by leveraging the CSN System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical analysis and repair information.
  • Resolve urgent issues and guide decision-making.
  • Conduct targeted estimate audits to support KPI performance and profitability.
  • Assist in shop operations, onboarding, and training.
  • Deliver monthly progress reports and feedback for system enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in collision repair and estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
  • Proficient with OEM procedural lookups, technical training in EV, ADAS, and vehicle technology.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent judgement.
