Position Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you'll be the technical and KPI analysis point of contact within Quebec & Eastern Canada, helping licensees improve operations using the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical repair insights and support business improvements
- Manage urgent case resolutions and complex negotiations
- Conduct auditing to support insurance KPI and profitability
- Collaborate to enhance system operations and train shops
- Report activity and analyze trends for process improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating systems
- Experience with OEM procedures and ongoing technical training
- Valid driver's license and proficient in GAA rules
Work Environment & Travel
