What You'll Do:
- Lead technical and KPI analysis to enhance repair processes
- Manage urgent cases and mediate complex issues
- Conduct targeted estimate auditing to boost performance and profitability
- Support shop operations and new onboarding efforts
- Report and analyze data to improve training and system functionality
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating
- Expert in Canadian industry estimating systems like Audatex & Mitchell
- Skilled in OEM procedural lookups and ongoing technical certification
- Valid driver’s license and strong judgement skills
