Role Summary

As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical and KPI contact for the Quebec & Eastern Canada Field Operations Team. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you'll collaborate with Managers and Analysts to help licensees optimize business performance by leveraging CSN systems and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and repair analysis support
  • Resolve urgent issues and mediate complex cases
  • Audit estimates to improve KPI performance and profitability
  • Develop and monitor store action plans
  • Collaborate on CSN System improvements and OEM training
  • Generate detailed monthly reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years collision repair industry and estimating experience
  • Expertise with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
  • Proficient in OEM procedures and GAA application in Quebec
  • Ongoing I-Car or OEM technical certifications
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle access
