Position Summary
Join us as a Field Technical Analyst supporting Quebec & Eastern Canada. This role collaborates closely with technical managers and field teams to enhance licensee business operations by analyzing repair data and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as technical and KPI analysis contact
- Manage urgent case resolutions and negotiations
- Perform targeted audits supporting insurance KPI and profitability
- Assist in shop operations using the CSN System
- Report monthly on case progress, store engagement, and KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating systems
- OEM training and certifications (EV vehicles, ADAS, etc.)
- Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment
Fast-paced, home-office based, with frequent travel across stores and events.
