Join our team as a Field Technical Analyst to be the key contact for technical and KPI analysis within Quebec and Eastern Canada. You'll collaborate with various managers and departments to improve business operations by leveraging the CSN system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair-related information
- Manage high urgency cases and escalate complex issues
- Conduct targeted estimate audits and support KPI improvements
- Assist with shop operations and system strategy execution
- Report monthly on case management, challenges, and KPI performance
Qualifications
- Over 5 years in collision repair and estimating with Canadian systems
- Knowledgeable of OEM procedures and ongoing technical training
- Proficient in GAA rules (Quebec)
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment & Travel
- Fast paced, multi-priority work setting
- Home office setup with vehicle access
- Regular travel including overnight stays may be required
