Job Summary
Join CSN as a Field Technical Analyst, serving as the key technical and KPI analyst for the Field Operations Team within Quebec and Eastern Canada. Collaborate with regional managers to enhance shop business operations using the CSN system, resolving urgent issues, conducting audits, and supporting store improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as contact for technical analysis and repair-related info
- Manage high urgency cases and escalations
- Perform targeted audits and support insurance KPI performance
- Promote CSN System usage and training
- Provide regular detailed reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Expertise in OEM procedures and ongoing technical certifications
- Valid driver's license and proficient in Quebec GAA rules
Work Environment & Travel
- Fast-paced, requires home office setup and personal vehicle
- Travel within region and occasionally to Oakville, ON
