Role Summary
Join as a Field Technical Analyst, serving as the technical & KPI analysis contact for Quebec & Eastern Canada. Work closely with managers and other analysts to support licensees in optimizing operations through the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and automotive industry insights.
- Manage urgent cases and mediate resolutions.
- Conduct targeted audits to boost insurance KPI and profitability.
- Collaborate with management to enhance shop operations and training.
- Report monthly on case management, KPI performance, and training needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Knowledge of OEM procedures and ongoing technical certifications.
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in Quebec GAA rules.
Work Environment & Travel
- Fast-paced, home-office based role requiring personal vehicle.
- Travel to stores, events, and head office as necessary.
