Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical and KPI analysis point of contact for Quebec and Eastern Canada.
- Resolve urgent issues and facilitate complex case resolutions.
- Conduct auditing to support licensees’ insurance KPI performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to optimize use of the CSN System.
- Support new shop onboarding and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in collision repair and estimating experience using Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Knowledge of OEM procedures, certifications, and industry standards.
- Comfortable working remotely with strong organizational skills.
