Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical analysis point of contact
- Support licensees by improving repair operations using in-depth automotive industry knowledge
- Manage high urgency cases and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct targeted estimate audits, coaching and improvement planning
- Collaborate with management to leverage and improve the CSN System
- Participate in shop onboarding and training
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex/Mitchell)
- Expertise in OEM procedural lookup, technical certifications (I-Car, EV vehicles, ADAS)
- Valid driver’s license and proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Environment & Travel
Fast-paced role with multiple priorities; remote work from home office; travel to stores and corporate events necessary.
