Collaborate with managers and departments to improve business operations and shop performance using the CSN System.
Role Highlights
- Serve as the technical & repair information contact.
- Manage urgent case resolutions and guide decisions.
- Perform targeted estimate auditing to enhance insurance KPI & profitability.
- Drive shop operations improvements and onboarding.
- Report monthly on case management, KPIs, and system enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- OEM procedural expertise and ongoing industry certifications.
- Proficient in GAA rules and valid driver’s license.
- Ready to manage a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Must have home office and personal vehicle for travel.
