Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for technical and KPI analysis within Quebec and Eastern Canada. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you will collaborate with Field Operations to improve licensee operations through data-driven insights and leverage the CSN system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on technical and repair information
- Resolve urgent issues, mediate complex cases, and assist in negotiations
- Conduct targeted audits supporting insurance KPI performance
- Facilitate shop operations by identifying system leverage opportunities and supporting OEM certifications
- Regularly report on case management, KPI performance, and system enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair industry and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Proficient in OEM procedural lookups, I-Car/EV/ADAS training
- Valid driver’s license and good standing
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Remote work with required personal vehicle access
