Your Role
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will act as the key contact for technical and KPI analysis within Quebec and Eastern Canada, supporting CSN's Field Operations Team. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to optimize licensee business operations and improve repair processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and repair insights.
- Manage and mediate urgent case resolutions.
- Conduct targeted audits to support insurance KPI performance.
- Assist with shop operations, training, and CSN system improvements.
- Deliver monthly reports with in-depth performance analysis.
What We Expect
- Minimum 5 years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Strong knowledge of OEM procedures and industry certifications (I-Car, EV, ADAS, etc.).
- Proficiency in GAA rules in Quebec.
- Valid driver’s license and excellent judgment.
- Must work from a home office with travel to various locations.
