As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical and KPI analysis contact for CSN's Field Operations in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Collaborate with managers to enhance shop operations and coach licensees using your automotive expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical analysis and provide repair-related information
- Resolve urgent case management issues
- Conduct targeted audits to support insurance KPI performance
- Assist in shop onboarding and training
- Regularly report on case progress, challenges, and audit results
Qualifications
- 5+ years collision repair industry and estimating experience
- Knowledge of Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Technical certifications such as I-Car
- Valid driver's license
