Position Overview

Act as the key technical and KPI analyst supporting Quebec & Eastern Canada Field Operations, collaborating with managers and licensees to enhance business operations using in-depth automotive expertise and the CSN System.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical & repair analysis contact
  • Manage urgent case resolution and mediate complex issues
  • Conduct targeted estimate audits improving KPI performance
  • Support shop operations and training in CSN systems and OEM standards
  • Provide monthly reports and actionable insights

Qualifications

  • 5+ years collision repair and estimating experience (Audatex & Mitchell)
  • OEM procedural knowledge and ongoing technical training
  • Proficient in GAA rules for Quebec
  • Valid driver's license; comfortable working remotely with travel
