Position Overview
Act as the key technical and KPI analyst supporting Quebec & Eastern Canada Field Operations, collaborating with managers and licensees to enhance business operations using in-depth automotive expertise and the CSN System.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical & repair analysis contact
- Manage urgent case resolution and mediate complex issues
- Conduct targeted estimate audits improving KPI performance
- Support shop operations and training in CSN systems and OEM standards
- Provide monthly reports and actionable insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years collision repair and estimating experience (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural knowledge and ongoing technical training
- Proficient in GAA rules for Quebec
- Valid driver's license; comfortable working remotely with travel
