Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key contact for technical and KPI analysis supporting CSN's field operations in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you will assist licensees in improving business operations by analyzing repair data and leveraging CSN’s systems and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical analysis and repair information.
- Manage urgent case resolutions and mediate complex issues.
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to boost insurance KPI performance.
- Assist with shop operational improvements and training.
- Report regularly on progress, challenges, and auditing outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair industry with estimating experience.
- Proficient with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedural lookups.
- Technical certifications and ongoing training in vehicle technology.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work remotely with travel requirements.
