Be the key contact for technical analysis and KPI monitoring for the Field Operations Team in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with managers and analysts to improve shop operations using deep industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex case resolutions and provide guidance
- Conduct targeted auditing for insurance KPI and profitability
- Assist with shop onboarding and training
- Provide monthly progress reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedure expertise
- Industry certifications (I-Car or OEM technical training)
- Valid driver's license
