As a Remote Automotive Collision Field Technical Analyst, you'll be the key technical support for CSN's Field Operations in Quebec and Eastern Canada, helping licensees enhance business operations through expert analysis and industry knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical & KPI analysis for collision repair
- Manage case resolutions, negotiations, and escalate complex issues
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to boost licensee performance
- Support shop operations by leveraging the CSN System
- Collaborate on OEM certifications and training
- Report monthly on key metrics and findings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of collision repair and estimating experience (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural knowledge and ongoing technical certifications
- Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
